About the Role

The Product Manager – Data Platform will be responsible for building a state-of-the-art data platform, overseeing the development, strategy, and lifecycle of the firm’s data-driven products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, this role requires a blend of leadership, analytics, and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in traditional Product Management with a deep understanding of data technology and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the multi-year strategy for the Data Platform team.

• Oversee and manage the Data Platform roadmap and reporting.

• Establish, refine, and govern the firm’s data standards & best practices.

• Conduct user research, documentation, and stakeholder communications.

• Define and track business metrics and KPIs to measure impact and success.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives and support project management efforts.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a focus on data-driven products.

• Strong understanding of data governance, data management, and regulatory compliance.

• Proven leadership in managing product development lifecycles within data-focused environments.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, bridging technical and business teams.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Databases.

• Passion for Data as a Product and familiarity with emerging data technologies.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
