At Fudo Partners, we are committed to ensuring our Private Referral Network operates with transparency, integrity, and full compliance with UK regulations, including GDPR, anti-bribery laws, and fair trading standards.

Data Protection (GDPR)

• All personal data collected during the referral process will be handled securely and in compliance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

• Referrers must ensure that the individual or company they are introducing has given explicit consent for their details to be shared.

• Data will only be used for processing the referral and will not be shared externally beyond this purpose.

Anti-Bribery & Fair Trading

• This referral program is a reward for genuine networking and not an inducement to secure business unfairly.

• The program fully complies with UK anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and is structured transparently to avoid any conflicts of interest.

• Only new introductions will qualify—referrals for candidates or companies already known to us will not be eligible for rewards.

Taxation & Compliance

• Referral rewards, including vouchers, may be considered taxable income. It is the responsibility of the recipient to report and manage any tax obligations.

• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and subject to the terms and conditions of the voucher provider.

Reward Eligibility & Process

• Rewards are only issued when a referred client successfully hires a candidate through Fudo Partners, or a referred candidate is successfully placed and completes their probationary period.

• The probation period is typically 3 months, but this may vary based on contract terms.

• Referral rewards will be issued within 30 days of successful placement completion.

• In the case of temporary or contract placements, referral rewards may be prorated based on the candidate’s length of engagement.

Referrers can choose from the following reward options:

•  Luxury Vouchers – Select from high-end brands across Europe, the UK, and the US.

• Charitable Donation – Prefer to give back? We’ll donate your reward to a cause of your choice.

• Sustainability Contribution – Support our ReGreen Program and help fund global reforestation efforts.

Please Note: We are unable to offer a cash alternative, and all rewards must be redeemed through one of the options above.

• Fudo Partners reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.

• Only genuine, high-quality referrals will be considered. Referrals already in our database or introduced via other channels will not qualify.

• In the event of any dispute, Fudo Partners' decision will be final.
